Staff Verification Engineer - LoRa (SystemVerilog/UVM): Defining verification strategies and validating RTL designs for wireless SoC systems with an accent on assertion-based checking, functional coverage, and industry-standard UVM methodologies. Focus on building coverage models, debugging design and verification issues, and verifying bus architectures, low-power behavior, and formal properties at block and SoC level.

What you will do
- Define and implement test plans and verification strategies from design specifications and requirements.
- Develop assertion-based checkers and functional coverage models aligned with verification plans.
- Perform functional verification of RTL designs using UVM and other industry-standard methodologies.
- Generate and analyse coverage reports to assess verification completeness and quality.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to align verification with system requirements.
- Identify, debug, and resolve verification issues and design bugs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in SoC verification, including block- and SoC-level IC design verification.
- Strong hands-on experience with UVM, SystemVerilog, assertion-based verification, and coverage-driven verification.
- Experience defining and executing verification plans, analysing coverage, and using tools such as VCS and QuestaSim.
- Knowledge of formal verification, low-power verification, and bus architectures such as AMBA AHB, AXI, NoC, and Bus Fabric.
- Strong analytical, debugging, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Nice to have
- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with wireless SoC design and verification.
- Knowledge of Tcl, Python, or Perl scripting for automation.
- Familiarity with Git and other version control systems.
