Senior Manager, Executive Compensation & Equity Administration (Executive Compensation/Equity): Administering and improving executive salary, incentive, equity, deferred compensation, and governance programs with an accent on regulatory compliance, market benchmarking, and Compensation Committee support. Focus on leading complex compensation projects, preparing SEC disclosures, managing equity administration, and advising senior stakeholders on executive compensation decisions.
Location: Hybrid role based at an corporate office in Chicago, Illinois; Washington, DC; Baltimore, Maryland; or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Annual salary: $148,000–$203,500, plus an additional $25,000 Long Term Incentive Plan annually and a 25% annual bonus for eligible positions.

What you will do
- Administer executive base salary, annual incentive, long-term incentive, equity, employee stock purchase, and deferred compensation programs.
- Analyze market benchmarks, competitive positioning, compensation trends, peer practices, and executive pay developments.
- Prepare Compensation Committee materials, proxy statement and CD&A content, and related SEC filings.
- Lead system implementations, process improvements, equity administration enhancements, vendor activities, and program redesign projects.
- Lead, coach, and develop executive compensation staff while partnering with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, executive management, and external advisors.
- Advise on executive offers, retention arrangements, severance programs, and complex compensation analyses.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of compensation experience, including at least 5 years in executive compensation.
- At least 3 years of leadership, project leadership, or people management experience.
- Experience supporting executive compensation programs in a publicly traded company.
- Knowledge of executive compensation regulations, disclosure requirements, governance practices, and strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information, with strong communication and presentation skills.
Nice to have
- CCP, CECP, or a related professional certification.
- Experience with equity administration platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, Computershare, or E*TRADE.
- Master’s degree.
- Experience supporting Compensation Committee processes or working at a large publicly traded company.
