Senior Executive Compensation Specialist (Executive Compensation)

Location: Hybrid in Glendale, Wisconsin, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Salary: $98,900–$125,600 annually.

What you will do

• Administer annual executive compensation processes covering base salary, annual incentives, long-term incentives, executive hires, promotions, retention awards, and severance arrangements.
• Manage executive equity programs, including RSUs, PSUs, stock options, grant processing, vesting schedules, award documentation, and participant communications.
• Support executive compensation disclosures, Compensation Committee and Board materials, governance policies, audits, and compliance controls.
• Conduct peer benchmarking and analyze executive pay levels, pay mix, incentive leverage, competitive positioning, and market trends.
• Build executive compensation dashboards, recurring reports, spend and equity-utilization analyses, and ad hoc models and scenarios.
• Partner with Total Rewards, Finance, Legal, Corporate Secretary, Payroll, Equity Administration, and external advisors.

Requirements

• 5+ years of compensation experience, including 3+ years in executive compensation and/or equity administration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Workday Compensation and equity administration platforms such as Morgan Stanley Shareworks, E*TRADE, Fidelity, Carta, or Merrill.
• Strong executive reporting and presentation skills.
• US work authorization without current or future sponsorship is required.

• Executive compensation consulting, equity administration, or Compensation Committee support experience.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification.
• Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification.
