What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services for patients, including children aged 2 and older.
• Support chronic disease management through individualized interventions, clinic support, and ongoing patient education.
• Prescribe appropriate medications, treatments, and health regimens.
• Promote prevention, wellness, and overall patient health.
• Comply with applicable medical laws and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited United States medical or osteopathic medical school.
• Completion and successful passage of a United States residency program.
• Current physician license in the state or states where practice will occur.
• Board certification in primary care or a related field, or board eligibility with a commitment to obtain certification.
• DEA registration is required for prescribing and dispensing.
• Primary care and diagnostic services experience in a clinical setting, plus the ability to pass on-site credentialing.
