What you will do

• Drive continuous new business revenue growth and maintain existing business revenue.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with new and existing brokers and carriers.
• Conduct sales discovery and deliver concise, persuasive presentations of products and services.
• Create and execute prospecting strategies, generate broker leads, and secure first appointments.
• Identify sales opportunities, support renewals and service activities, and grow the book of business.
• Use CRM processes to track appointments and manage broker opportunities.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to sell new business and maintain strong broker relationships.
• Strong understanding of employee benefits, insurance products, market needs, and industry trends.
• Knowledge of fully insured, partially insured, minimum premium, and self-insured funding arrangements.
• Strong analytical, listening, organizational, problem-solving, and consultative sales skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Life, Accident & Health License required; bachelor's degree preferred.
