PA Electro-Mechanical Assembler III (Medical Devices)

Location: Warrendale, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite, 1st shift

Salary: $20.00–$23.00 per hour, dependent on education, experience, and working shift.

What you will do

• Provide assembly, testing, and packaging support for medical device production lines.
• Perform advanced electro-mechanical assembly and quality control inspections while meeting quality and productivity targets.
• Use advanced manufacturing equipment and techniques in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and help correct product defects and manufacturing error codes with manufacturing technicians.
• Work with engineering to improve documentation and process flows.
• Train and teach new production operators.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience in medical devices or a closely related field.
• Ability to master multiple workstations across assembly and test production lines.
• Advanced reading, writing, communication, and computer navigation skills.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics as needed.
• High attention to detail, sound judgment, adaptability, and the ability to perform accurate and thorough work.
