Coordinator, Small Parcel Transportation

What you will do

• Coordinate domestic outbound parcel shipments to customers, stores, and business partners.
• Monitor and manage international inbound parcel shipments from global origins to U.S. facilities.
• Act as the primary contact for carrier issues, escalations, service inquiries, delays, routing problems, and clearance disruptions.
• Administer parcel systems and carrier portals, including user onboarding and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate shipment data across transportation systems, carrier portals, reports, and internal databases.
• Develop reporting on parcel volumes, service performance, transportation costs, and carrier results; support invoice validation and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, distribution, supply chain, or parcel logistics; retail experience is preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Nice to have

• 3–5 years of experience in parcel, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Knowledge of UPS, FedEx, USPS, parcel carrier networks, and service levels.
• Experience with TMS, parcel shipping systems, carrier platforms, or Tableau.
• Experience supporting multi-channel retail or eCommerce parcel operations.
