Senior Business Architect (Hospitality)

What you will do

• Define and maintain the data and analytics business architecture, including value streams, business capabilities, and cross-department integration points.
• Translate corporate strategy into architecture blueprints supporting platform development and analytics product delivery.
• Align analytics capabilities and enterprise roadmaps with business-unit and cross-functional objectives.
• Architect the integration of dashboards, KPIs, and models into business processes and decision-making.
• Advise executive leadership on business architecture and data strategy while facilitating collaboration between technology and business teams.
• Shape the enterprise analytics roadmap and identify cross-functional integration opportunities, including a unified 360° Command Center.

Requirements

• 10–12+ years of experience in business architecture, enterprise architecture, or data strategy.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
• Experience designing cross-system processes, business process architecture deliverables, capability maps, process flowcharts, and business capability models.
• Strong knowledge of value stream mapping and operating model design.
• Experience aligning business strategy with data and analytics solutions in complex customer-facing environments.
• Experience with system integration and data modeling across Snowflake, Salesforce, AWS, and enterprise platforms; TOGAF, BIZBOK, CBAP, or SAFe Business Architect certification is preferred.
