Assembly Technician (Medical Devices)

Location: Sandpoint, Idaho, United States; on-site

Pay: $18–$20 per hour plus bonus

What you will do

• Assemble medical device components and finished goods using workstations and line-assembly operations.
• Follow product specifications, assembly procedures, and detailed work instructions.
• Work with hand tools, power tools, and fixtures; industrial sewing machine operation may be required for sewing operator assignments.
• Follow the facility master production schedule and communicate adjustments related to customer requirements, material delays, and equipment availability.
• Perform in-process inspections to confirm that assembled devices meet quality standards.
• Apply QMS procedures and comply with FDA regulations, ISO 13485, GMP, and company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous medical device experience is advantageous.
• Previous industrial sewing machine experience is preferred for Sewing Machine Operator assignments.
