Director - Enterprise Change Management (Energy)

What you will do

• Lead and execute the enterprise change-management framework and operating model.
• Align readiness, adoption, business strategy, KPIs, and financial expectations across value streams.
• Manage end-to-end change practices from intake and prioritization through launch, adoption, and stabilization.
• Coach leaders and sponsors on accountability, alignment, resistance management, and change decisions.
• Coordinate change activities and shared learning across business units and departments.
• Lead and develop change practitioners and contractor resources supporting enterprise initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA, MS, or equivalent advanced degree is strongly preferred.
• At least eight years of progressive experience driving transformational change across organizational, process, and technology initiatives.
• At least five years of direct professional staff-management experience.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders, interpreting business and financial drivers, and resolving resistance is preferred.
• Experience coordinating readiness and adoption across business units is preferred.
• Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
