Associate Director, Change Management (Finance Transformation)

Salary: $141,500–$268,500 per year

What you will do

• Lead finance transformation initiatives that drive mindset, behavior, and culture change.
• Partner with senior leaders and subject-matter experts to reinforce new ways of working and define adoption milestones.
• Drive end-to-end adoption of new processes and operating models across people, process, and technology.
• Develop integrated change strategies covering communications, training, stakeholder engagement, and reinforcement.
• Assess stakeholder readiness, address resistance, and advise leaders on navigating organizational change.
• Define adoption, behavior-change, and culture metrics, using data to refine transformation strategies.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading organizational change, culture transformation, or process adoption initiatives.
• Experience driving behavior change and embedding new ways of working in complex, cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership to influence culture, alignment, and decision-making.
• Strong understanding of change management methodologies such as PROSCI or ACMP.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree in communications, organizational development, education, or a related field.
