Resource Management Senior Principal

What you will do

• Build and evolve hirify.global’s centralized resource management function, including team structures, data models, processes, and tooling.
• Design allocation models for long-term team-based and short-term task-based work.
• Advise senior leadership on talent deployment across accounts, practices, and business lines.
• Align talent supply and demand and facilitate effective skill-to-role matching with client and practice leaders.
• Maintain real-time visibility into utilization, capacity, skills, and organizational demand.
• Establish resource planning, forecasting, reporting, prioritization, and conflict-resolution processes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, or operations.
• Experience building and scaling centralized resource management practices in complex, fast-paced organizations.
• Experience supporting both dedicated team structures and flexible task-based models.
• Executive presence and credibility when advising senior and C-level leaders.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, communication, and change management skills.
• Experience with capacity planning and resource management systems; media or marketing experience is highly preferred.
