Portfolio Planning Manager (Sauces): Developing and implementing long-term supply, manufacturing, and network strategies for sauces across Western Europe Operations with an accent on capacity alignment, demand planning, inventory, and service-level optimization. Focus on leading IBP supply reviews, preparing launches and promotions, designing supply networks, and building business continuity strategies.
Location: Hybrid; 3 days per week in the London office and 2 days from home, with up to 20 additional days per year working from anywhere. The role requires an EU Working Permit; Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.

What you will do
- Own medium- to long-term portfolio planning beyond 12 weeks, aligning capacity with demand while balancing service levels, cost, and inventory.
- Partner with internal and external manufacturing and innovation teams on supply network and capacity design.
- Lead Integrated Business Planning supply reviews and identify opportunities to improve and optimize operations.
- Develop manufacturing and supply chain network strategies aligned with business objectives and customer demand.
- Coordinate readiness for new product launches, promotions, and events with business unit and supply chain development teams.
- Track portfolio-level supply chain performance, including Case Fill Rate, Days Inventory Outstanding, capacity utilization, and supply chain losses.
Requirements
- EU Working Permit required; Orientation Year Visa is not accepted.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in supply chain planning, including advanced planning systems and strategic supply network design.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, business acumen, leadership, and influencing skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
