Power BI/Ops Analytics Co-op (Power BI)

Location: Onsite at Plant 10 in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, United States. Full-time co-op running January to August 2027, with a 40-hour work week. Relocation is available.

Salary: $18.00–$27.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and analytical toolsets for operational and business performance metrics.
• Gather, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources for reporting, forecasting, and decision-making.
• Partner with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and business stakeholders to translate reporting needs into analytics solutions.
• Identify trends, process improvement opportunities, and operational insights through data analysis and visualization.
• Support data governance, reporting automation, documentation, and data quality initiatives.
• Present findings and recommendations through reports, dashboards, and presentations.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, information systems, computer science, industrial engineering, supply chain, statistics, or a related field.
• Basic experience with data analysis, reporting, or visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Basic experience with R, Python, or Microsoft ETL tools such as Synapse, Data Factory, or Fabric.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• At least second-semester sophomore status with 48 completed credits.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Power BI, Ignition, data modeling, DAX, Power Query, relational databases, or Microsoft business intelligence and ETL tools.
• Exposure to manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or business process analytics.
• Experience with Power Automate or Power Platform technologies.
• Previous internship, co-op, academic project, or leadership experience involving data analysis or business intelligence.
