OTC IT SAP Functional Lead / Product Owner (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: hirify.global Campus, Maplewood, Minnesota, United States. Travel may include up to 25% domestic and international travel. Relocation is not authorized.

Expected annual compensation: $145,676–$178,049, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Lead SAP Order Management and Fulfillment functional initiatives and serve as the OTC subject matter expert.
• Own and prioritize the OTC product backlog, manage functional requests in Jira, and support Scrum activities.
• Gather business requirements, create user stories and functional specifications, and lead solution design sessions.
• Partner with customer service, supply chain, IT, project teams, business stakeholders, and offshore resources.
• Coordinate PIT, UAT, and regression testing, cutover planning, deployment, hypercare, and continuous improvement.
• Improve order management, fulfillment, POA, ASN, ATP, delivery management, and related integration processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• At least eight years of SAP functional experience.
• Strong SAP SD, S/4HANA, OTC, Order Management, and Fulfillment experience.
• Experience with SAP and S/4HANA implementations or transformations and OTC architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of ATP or aATP, scheduling agreements, ASN, POA, EDI, output management, pricing, and customer collaboration.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SAP Fiori, EDI or customer collaboration platform experience.
• SAP Business Process Monitoring and analytics knowledge.
• SAP S/4HANA certification and multinational manufacturing experience.
• Experience integrating SAP with MM, EWM, transportation and logistics, procurement, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience with agentic AI API resources.
