SAP Functional Architect Senior Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid in Los Angeles or New York City, with work in local hirify.global offices and on client sites; local or out-of-state travel may be required. hirify.global is not registered to hire or employ personnel in West Virginia or Alaska.

Salary: $146,000–$234,000 annually, plus a 14% bonus target. Estimated total cash range: $166,440–$266,760.

What you will do

• Lead and implement SAP S/4HANA Public and Private Cloud solutions.
• Design SAP solutions and architecture for Finance and Operations use cases.
• Support client pursuits, solutioning, presentations, information-gathering sessions, and additional sales opportunities.
• Develop vertical demos, solution offerings, delivery frameworks, thought leadership materials, and solution artifacts.
• Provide SAP S/4HANA expertise across Finance and Supply Chain modules and advise practice leaders on implementation benefits and challenges.
• Lead complex projects and supervise, mentor, coach, and develop cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in professional services or industry.
• Experience leading complex SAP projects with Business, IT, and Compliance teams.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA solution design, architecture, and Finance and Supply Chain functionality.
• Direct supervisory and performance management experience, including mentoring, coaching, and work review.
• Bachelor’s degree in MIS, CIS, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; Visio and Access are also relevant.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA Sell Authorization, LOB Solution Consultant, or similar certification.
