What you will do

• Support paper-converting production processes and operate assigned machinery at a minimum Level 2 operator standard.
• Assist with machine make-ready, setup activities, and preparation of materials for upcoming production orders.
• Troubleshoot the CIMMS WIP Storage system and help maintain uninterrupted stock flow to machine centers.
• Participate in maintenance and troubleshooting activities to reduce downtime and improve throughput.
• Monitor materials and supplies, document production data, and maintain accurate machine-performance records.
• Collaborate with coworkers and support the training of new operators while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Previous Level 2 Operator experience or similar experience in a paper plant, preferably in converting processes.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with coworkers.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with flatbed and die-cut operations.
• Additional experience in paper production and converting processes.
