Corrugator Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Location: Denver, CO, United States

Salary: $78,400–$117,600 per year, plus an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Oversee corrugator equipment and personnel during the assigned shift.
• Coordinate schedules, work orders, production activities, and material flow to meet production and quality goals.
• Provide direct supervision, approve time records, communicate company policies, and support hiring, promotion, discipline, and employee development decisions.
• Train employees on equipment, production standards, safety procedures, protocols, and waste control.
• Monitor equipment and product quality, conduct quality control tests, investigate customer complaints, and troubleshoot slowdowns or malfunctions.
• Analyze performance, maintain downtime and material records, and implement process and equipment improvements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least four years of corrugator experience, including knowledge of machinery, operating procedures, continuous improvement processes, and safety practices.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
• Ability to perform corrugator jobs and train crews on equipment use, adjustments, and unusual situations.
• Strong organizational, analytical, mechanical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Some college education or manufacturing training.
• Previous supervisory experience in training, team building, performance development, and conflict resolution.
• Working knowledge of manufacturing systems and shop floor software.
