2nd Shift Die Cutter

Location: Ft. Worth, TX, USA; onsite 2nd shift, Monday–Thursday, 2:45 pm–1:15 am

What you will do

• Set up and operate finishing die-cutting equipment.
• Perform rewind and inspection work on products coming off presses.
• Inspect finished flexographic label products against specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to packaging standards.
• Assist with finishing equipment setup and develop competency with daily tools and processes.
• Monitor the daily shipping list and communicate production progress or problems to the Production Manager.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience in or comfort with a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or willingness to operate small machinery.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately, both independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a desire to support team success.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
