Primary Care Physician (MD) (Chronic Disease Management & Wellness)

Location: Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, United States; clinical work in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Part-time schedule on Fridays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Compensation packages are based on experience.

What you will do

• Provide comprehensive primary care and diagnostic services to patients, including children aged 2 and older.
• Support chronic disease management through individual interventions, clinic support, and ongoing patient education.
• Prescribe medications, treatments, and health regimens appropriate to patient needs.
• Provide virtual care when clinically appropriate.
• Follow applicable medical laws and HIPAA standards.

Requirements

• MD degree from an accredited United States medical school.
• Completion of a residency program in the United States.
• Current medical license in the state or states where practice will occur.
• Board certification in primary care or a related field, or board eligibility with a commitment to obtain certification.
• DEA registration and the ability to pass on-site credentialing.
• Experience providing primary care and diagnostic services in a clinical setting.
