What you will do

• Provide primary care, episodic low-acuity urgent care, and extended acute care in an outpatient clinic.
• Manage chronic conditions through patient education and collaboration with external primary care providers.
• Provide acute care and sports physicals for pediatric patients aged 2–17.
• Conduct occupational health screenings and support biometric screening and wellness initiatives.
• Perform and oversee CLIA-waived testing, medication dispensing, and specimen collection.
• Provide health coaching, make preventive-care referrals, and collaborate with HR, Benefits, and multidisciplinary clinical teams.

Requirements

• MD or DO degree and board certification in Family Medicine.
• Active, unrestricted Florida medical license required.
• Active BLS/CPR, DEA, and Florida Dispensing License.
• Electronic health records experience; EPIC experience is preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment, bedside manner, and patient-centered communication skills.
• Commitment to preventive care, health promotion, and patient education.

• Spanish bilingual skills.
• EPIC experience.
