What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex Microsoft operating system support tickets.
• Install, configure, maintain, and upgrade desktop and laptop computers, monitors, hardware, and software.
• Install and configure common business applications.
• Support and troubleshoot Windows XP and Windows 7 environments and migrations.
• Resolve software, connectivity, and client/server configuration issues across Windows and macOS environments.

Requirements

• Functional knowledge of macOS and Windows client/server configurations.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and connectivity.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and other Microsoft products.
• Ability to work onsite in Eagan, Minnesota.
