TL;DR

Senior Financial Analyst (Hospitality/FP&A): Supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, dashboards, and operational reporting for a luxury yacht hospitality business with an accent on data quality, KPI development, and business intelligence. Focus on designing reporting datasets and data models, automating analytical processes, and translating complex financial insights into executive decisions.

Location: Ft. Lauderdale, United States; hybrid office environment; local candidates only

What you will do

Support budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and recurring and ad hoc financial reporting.
Build and maintain financial and operational dashboards, KPI reports, data models, executive presentations, and analytical tools.
Analyze performance, business drivers, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to Finance and senior leadership.
Partner with IT and business stakeholders to develop reporting datasets, data pipelines, analytical solutions, and data-quality controls.
Support strategic initiatives, business cases, cross-functional projects, and commission and incentive reporting models.
Identify opportunities to automate reporting and contribute to AI, automation, and data innovation initiatives.

Requirements

Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in financial analysis, FP&A, revenue reporting, business intelligence, or a related field.
English fluency required.
Strong knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, revenue recognition, and financial reporting principles.
Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar; advanced Excel skills and preferred SQL experience.
Experience with ERP, financial, CRM, or reservation systems such as Oracle, SAP, D365, Seaware, Salesforce, or similar.

Nice to have

Experience in the travel, hospitality, or leisure industry.
Experience adopting AI-enabled reporting and analytical tools.
