What you will do
- Define and implement an enterprise-wide data management strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build the data management function, including its mission, structure, operating model, governance, quality, and master data capabilities.
- Establish data standards, business rules, taxonomies, metadata management, data lineage, and stewardship programs.
- Partner with IT on enterprise data architecture and lead MDM integration with ERP and CRM applications.
- Lead and mentor a centralized analytics data management team while translating initiatives into roadmaps, KPIs, milestones, and ownership.
- Engage business, product, analytics, and executive stakeholders to improve data quality, accessibility, usability, and literacy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in data management, governance, or architecture, including at least 5 years in a leadership role within a centralized analytics function.
- Hands-on experience with MDM platforms such as Informatica, Oracle, Semarchy, Reltio, or Profisee.
- Experience with ERP, CRM, and data integration across cloud and on-premises environments.
- Strong understanding of data governance, data modeling, metadata management, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States; visa sponsorship or transfer of employment visa sponsorship is not available.
