What you will do

• Develop and execute the enterprise master data management strategy and roadmap.
• Design, develop, and implement Informatica MDM solutions, including data models, integrations, quality rules, and matching and merging logic.
• Lead and mentor MDM developers and analysts through guidance, performance feedback, and technical support.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define data needs and deliver suitable MDM capabilities.
• Establish data governance procedures, monitor data quality, and optimize platform performance.
• Oversee MDM platform incidents and ensure timely resolution with minimal business impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in data management, with a strong focus on MDM.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Informatica MDM, preferably Multi-Domain MDM.
• Experience leading MDM implementations from inception through production.
• Strong understanding of MDM methodologies, data modeling, data integration, data quality, and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud-based MDM solutions.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter or Informatica Data Quality.
