Manager Site - Integrated Supply

Location: Onsite in Irvine, California; Tempe, Arizona; or San Diego, California, United States

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead onsite customer teams delivering integrated supply solutions.
• Interview, select, hire, coach, counsel, and manage associates while enforcing company policies and productivity standards.
• Manage local site P&L performance and achieve sales, profitability, and budget goals.
• Drive contractual customer commitments, including cost savings and key performance indicators.
• Develop customer relationships and ensure prompt customer payments according to contractual terms.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in supply chain management, wholesale distribution, industrial distribution, manufacturing, or a related industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and people management capabilities.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of manufacturing applications for industrial products and services.
• Financial and business acumen, including the ability to interpret and manage P&L expectations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus the ability to learn company-specific software.
• Ability to work onsite in industrial and warehouse environments, including hot, cold, dusty, and potentially hazardous conditions.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of staff management experience with a proven team leadership record.
• Experience with indirect materials.
