Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus where applicable and benefits.

• Own marketing and brand management projects for key consumer brands.
• Develop brand vision, strategy, marketing plans, and innovation initiatives.
• Identify consumer, shopper, and customer insights to guide brand growth.
• Drive marketing tactics and business results across the product experience.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Supply, Advertising, and Media Agency teams.
• Lead projects that demonstrate broad leadership and brand management capabilities.

Requirements

• MBA graduation expected in December 2026 or Spring 2027.
• 3–5 years of relevant brand-building experience.
• Visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking.
• Ability to drive innovation and profitable brand growth.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.
