Salary: $62,640.00–$88,004.80 annually

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end new item process from item creation through compliance, supply chain, master data, and in-store execution.
• Maintain accurate item master data, including vintage rollovers, discontinuations, cost changes, and attribute updates.
• Write and place stock requests while managing allocation constraints and long import lead times.
• Build recurring reports and analysis covering assortment, inventory, replenishment, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and Compliance on label registration, product approvals, and state-level requirements.
• Support the buying team with concierge coordination, sampling logistics, pricing setup, item projections, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in retail buying, planning, allocation, merchandising operations, or supply chain preferred.
• Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and XLOOKUP, with confidence cleaning and reconciling large system exports.
• Basic understanding of SQL queries and data extraction.
• Ability to perform high-volume, detail-critical data work with strong organization, prioritization, communication, and escalation skills.
• Ability to work at the Maryland SSC in Bethesda, Maryland.
