What you will do

• Analyze and clarify business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Create business architecture, process maps, wireframes, data models, user stories, and project documentation.
• Define test cases and support the Product Owner in establishing effective acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Technology Leads, Business Process Managers, Business Architecture, and the Data Office to maintain end-to-end consistency.
• Anticipate customer needs, develop problem-solving solutions, and organize the Product Backlog based on Product Owner guidance.
• Provide production support for business applications by handling user requests and triaging complex cases to development teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Requirements Engineer or in a similar role.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in cross-functional product teams.
• Proficiency with Jira or similar Agile management platforms such as Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency with Visio or other process-mapping tools and good knowledge of BPMN.
• Experience with commercial insurance products and processes, insurance standards and regulations, data modeling, database concepts, API design principles, or software development.
