Human Resources Manager Internship

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States. Candidates must be willing to consider relocation opportunities and geographic mobility for roles across the United States.

Starting pay: $29–$50 per hour.

• Support organizational strategy initiatives alongside business leaders.

• Take ownership of assigned projects and responsibilities from the first day.

Requirements

• Be in the junior year of a bachelor's program or the first year of a master's program, or the second year of a three-year master's program.
• Study human resources, business, industrial labor relations, organizational development, or a related major.
• Be willing to relocate and work in different locations across the United States during and after the internship.
• Be available for a 12-week summer 2026 internship.
• Be in good academic standing.
• Demonstrate problem-solving ability, interpersonal skills, integrity, care with sensitive information, and willingness to learn.
