What you will do

• Support operational and administrative HR activities and take ownership of recurring tasks.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in HR and recruiting systems.
• Support recruiting, staffing, and talent and career development processes.
• Prepare, review, and analyze HR reports and contribute to data quality and insights.
• Create, review, and edit HR presentations and materials in Italian and English.
• Handle sensitive employee and organizational information confidentially.

Requirements

• Completed or ongoing university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and analytical models.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently while handling confidential information professionally.
• Proactive, flexible, creative, hands-on approach and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Excel macros.
• Previous internship experience in HR, recruiting, people analytics, or data-focused work.
