Associate Director, Portfolio Management (DICE)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America; onsite full-time

Salary: $122,000–$212,750 per year

What you will do

• Translate DICE and PECS strategic priorities into an integrated portfolio roadmap covering initiatives, milestones, dependencies, and decision points.
• Lead portfolio governance forums, planning cycles, roadmap reviews, decision logs, escalations, and leadership reporting.
• Manage demand intake, prioritization, portfolio backlogs, trade-offs, and capacity-related decisions.
• Track milestones, commitments, dependencies, budgets, risks, issues, and expected outcomes across DICE platforms.
• Develop mitigation and recovery plans, assess change impacts, and establish value realization practices.
• Build trusted relationships and align business, technology, finance, marketing, leadership, and external service-provider stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, marketing, operations, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in product development, product management, or product strategy, preferably in healthcare or life sciences.
• At least 5 years of experience owning and driving portfolios of multiple products or platforms, including priority roadmaps, strategy planning, and risk monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with CRM, including Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud or Health Cloud.
• Strong collaboration, communication, organization, stakeholder management, and leadership skills in matrixed organizations.
• Experience leading execution in an agile delivery model and taking accountability for outcomes.

Nice to have

• SAFe agile certification.
• Experience with specialty pharmacy and patient hub services.
• Experience with pharmaceutical compliance standards and healthcare data privacy regulations.
