Business Systems Analyst (Varicent)

What you will do

• Provide daily on-site operational support to business users and resolve Varicent-related issues.
• Execute Varicent data loads, calculation cycles, workflow monitoring, acknowledgements, and validation activities.
• Process and validate data from the internal DataHub platform and maintain Alteryx workflows for cleansing, transformation, and automation.
• Analyze defects and data discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolutions with internal technical teams and Argano.
• Conduct functional testing for new features, enhancements, and bug fixes.
• Document requirements, operational procedures, data flows, troubleshooting guidance, and user communications.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in system operations, data processing, business support, or a related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Plano, Texas.
• Hands-on experience with Varicent or a similar incentive or commission management system.
• Proficiency with Alteryx Designer and understanding of enterprise data pipelines or DataHub-equivalent platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• English proficiency required for communication with global stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Varicent Modeler or Varicent Administration.
• Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise operational platforms.
• Knowledge of incentive compensation or sales performance management.
• Experience with ITIL-based operational processes and process improvement.
