Exports Consolidation Execution Analyst (Logistics)

Location: Onsite in Long Beach / Los Angeles, California; up to 20% domestic travel. Relocation assistance is not authorized. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.

Salary: $109,202–$133,469 annually, including base pay and variable incentive pay if eligible.

What you will do

• Manage daily consolidation center operations, including load planning, order allocation, booking coordination, and container execution.
• Oversee OSD processing, documentation, and timely issue resolution.
• Monitor site-level costs, investigate variances, and enforce approved spending controls.
• Manage yard and pool activities onsite in coordination with drayage partners.
• Maintain accurate data across ERP, WMS, and TMS platforms.
• Support operator transitions, onboarding, knowledge transfer, and continuous improvement focused on reducing cost per container.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or a high school diploma/GED with at least seven years of supply chain experience in lieu of the degree.
• At least three years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with warehouse management systems.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without employment visa sponsorship.
• Ability to operate independently onsite with strong attention to detail.

Nice to have

• SAP or equivalent ERP experience.
• Experience with ocean consolidation centers, drayage, or export logistics.
• Exposure to Lean or Six Sigma continuous improvement methodologies.
