What you will do

• Deliver ambulatory nursing care to patients and families with basic to complex needs.
• Create a therapeutic, caring environment for patients and families.
• Involve patients and families in goal setting and care planning.
• Communicate care plans with patients, families, and colleagues to support continuity across shifts and settings.
• Use evidence, specialty standards, clinical decision-making, and critical thinking to guide care.
• Identify opportunities to improve clinical practice and patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
• New Hampshire Registered Nurse license or Compact State Registered Nurse license required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain BLS certification during employment required.
• ACLS certification preferred.
