Account Director (Insurance)

Location: St. Albans, West Virginia, United States; limited day travel and occasional overnight travel required.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact between agents, Agent Pipeline, and insurance carriers.
• Build and maintain relationships that support agent satisfaction and loyalty.
• Troubleshoot agent concerns and pursue first-call resolution where possible.
• Guide agents through contracting, certification, and carrier portal processes.
• Handle escalations and conflicts with empathy and professionalism, involving leadership when needed.
• Document interactions, complete scheduled outreach calls, and coordinate timely follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving, customer service, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Clear and accurate verbal and written communication with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, multitask, and manage responsibilities in a dynamic environment.
• Reliable professionalism, initiative, accountability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
• Ability to travel locally during the day and occasionally stay overnight.
