TL;DR
Medical Assistant / LPN (Urology): Supporting providers with in-person patient examinations, procedures, diagnostic testing, specimen processing, and medication administration with an accent on accurate clinical documentation and condition-specific care. Focus on preparing patient charts, performing rooming and point-of-care testing, conducting venipuncture and ECGs, and maintaining clinical supplies.
Location: Nashua, 17 Riverside St (Suite 201). Full-time onsite schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:15 AM–5:00 PM; Friday, 8:15 AM–4:00 PM.
$3,000 sign-on bonus.

What you will do
- Prepare visit charts with diagnostic results, reports, summaries, and consultation records.
- Room patients by documenting complaints, allergies, vital signs, medications, tobacco history, LMP, and health maintenance information.
- Perform and document measurements, screenings, hearing and vision tests, respiratory testing, ECGs, and point-of-care testing.
- Collect and process specimens, perform venipuncture as needed, and administer medications and immunizations.
- Process prescription refills and prior authorizations for medications and procedures.
- Manage clinical supplies and medication sample areas according to storage, labeling, and inventory requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- MA I: graduation from an accredited MA or MA training program with externship, or relevant healthcare experience with formal training.
- MA II: at least 3 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
- Relevant healthcare experience; ambulatory clinical care experience is preferred.
- MA II candidates must hold CMA, RMA, or CCMA certification; CMA, RMA, or CCMA is preferred for MA I.
- BLS authorization must be obtained within 90 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
