Die Cutter Operator

Location: Fresno, CA, USA; on-site manufacturing role

Total pay range: $20.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Set up and operate finishing die-cutting equipment.
• Perform rewinding and inspection of products coming off the presses.
• Inspect finished products against specifications and quality criteria.
• Package finished products according to packaging standards.
• Assist with finishing equipment setup and monitor the daily shipping list.
• Communicate production progress and problems to the Production Manager while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Experience in or comfort with a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with or willingness to operate small machinery.
• Ability to work independently, efficiently, and accurately.
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented approach.
• Must meet U.S. employment eligibility requirements; new hires are verified through E-Verify.
