What you will do

• Identify market opportunities and develop short- and long-term product and technology strategies for the die cast industry in Indonesia.
• Conduct market development activities and implement strategies to grow the business, customer satisfaction, and market share.
• Provide product and technical support to distributors and support timely technology introductions.
• Prepare management analyses, monthly forecasts, and regular product reviews and upgrades.
• Develop customer and distributor relationships, negotiate growth opportunities, and conduct regular customer visits.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, conventions, technical seminars, and product training.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemistry, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of industry experience, including 2 years in a managerial position.
• Experience in technical support and industry-related marketing activities is preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, proactivity, and excellent time management.
