Manager or Senior Manager Business Development Strategy, Finance & Restructuring (Legal Services)

Location: Nashville, Tennessee, United States

Salary: $150,000–$230,000 per year

What you will do

• Plan, support, and implement business development and marketing initiatives for the Finance & Restructuring practice.
• Advise lawyers on client pitch strategies and business development opportunities.
• Conduct research and analysis to support practice growth and client development.
• Create proposals, pitch materials, and other strategic content.
• Manage strategic events and coordinate initiatives with colleagues across the firm.
• Complete lawyer directory and league table submissions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• At least five years of relevant experience in professional services or law firm business development.
• Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and team-player abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple high-visibility projects under pressure.
• Strong to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some knowledge of applications specific to the legal field.
