What you will do

• Design and develop enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards.
• Create executive reporting for cybersecurity, operational, and risk data.
• Build semantic data models and scalable reporting frameworks.
• Support KPI and metric standardization across business units.
• Optimize Power BI performance, governance, and reporting security.
• Implement role-based access controls and maintain reporting documentation and dashboards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and enterprise reporting.
• Experience with Power BI Enterprise Administration, data modeling, Azure Data Lake, Microsoft Fabric, DAX, and executive reporting.
• Ability to design scalable semantic models and reporting frameworks.
• Strong focus on data accuracy and the integrity of executive-facing metrics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for frequent client interaction through email, calls, and meetings.

Nice to have

• Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to mentor developers on Power BI and data modeling best practices.
