What you will do

• Translate business requirements into holistic property solutions aligned with corporate strategy.
• Prepare portfolio, site, profitability, DCF, make-or-buy, and feasibility analyses.
• Manage national and international construction projects from concept through handover.
• Represent owner and tenant interests, taking responsibility for budgets, deadlines, and quality.
• Lead site selection, land acquisition, site consolidation or closure, and related project organisations.
• Conduct due diligence and support M&A, divestment, and investment decisions using analytical and AI-supported methods.

Requirements

• Degree in real estate management, regional planning, economic geography with a real estate focus, architecture, or civil engineering.
• More than five years of relevant professional experience in national and international environments, ideally in corporate real estate.
• Strong structured analysis, strategic evaluation, entrepreneurial decision-making, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to drive change, implement sustainable solutions, collaborate effectively, and work in an international environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office; SAP, Dalux, and Power BI are advantageous.
• Business fluency in spoken and written German and English is required.
