Senior Project Manager (Supply Chain)

Location: Breukelen office, Netherlands; in-office work required 2 days per week

What you will do

• Lead implementation projects for hirify.global products and services from sale closure through handoff to customer support.
• Define project scope, objectives, business outcomes, milestones, schedules, and deliverables.
• Track customer requirements and translate requests into actionable project deliverables.
• Coordinate delivery to keep projects on time and within budget while managing risks and issues.
• Maintain consistent productivity and quality processes across projects and teams.
• Complete post-project analysis, support change management, and drive improved project and team outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience and a proven record of managing many concurrent projects.
• Fluent Dutch and English.
• Experience working with ERP systems and understanding operational processes or services.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and lead teams without direct authority.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, optimizing, and scaling operational processes while managing complex projects in retail supply chain.
• Experience working with retailers, suppliers, distributors, or 3PLs.
