Senior Project Manager (O2C)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end, high-complexity strategic initiatives for Finance from scoping through implementation and handover.
• Define project objectives, requirements, success criteria, KPIs, roadmaps, risks, dependencies, cost estimates, and deliverables.
• Establish project governance, delivery structures, methodologies, standards, templates, and reporting frameworks.
• Coordinate Finance, FinTech, the Accommodations Business Unit, and centralized functions to deliver business-critical change.
• Manage senior stakeholders, facilitate workshops, communicate recommendations, and guide project teams through execution.
• Support O2C program and portfolio management by identifying project synergies, dependencies, risks, and reporting needs.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant project management experience, including medium-to-large or high-complexity projects.
• Strong project management background, preferably with Agile Project Management experience.
• Experience with change management approaches, quantitative and qualitative decision-making, and complex problem-solving.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior managers and stakeholders up to Director level with limited supervision.
• Highly organized, structured, adaptable, and able to lead, motivate, and manage project teams and stakeholders.
• PMP, Agile Project Management, or equivalent certification is preferred; Jira and Confluence experience is preferred.
