Senior Financial Analyst (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Onsite in Woodbridge, New Jersey, United States

Annual salary: $100,000–$130,000, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Develop financial models and analyze leases, proposals, and client portfolios to optimize real estate acquisition and disposition strategies.
• Design sophisticated property models covering existing and speculative cash flows.
• Conduct research and prepare cost-effective analytical tools to support client purchase decisions.
• Develop content, presentations, and offering memoranda.
• Support client presentations, RFP responses, and new business pitches.
• Deliver accurate analysis while managing multiple deadlines and improving internal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, accounting, economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in commercial real estate and/or capital markets; commercial real estate experience is required.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with Argus modeling.
• Experience developing cash flow models and conducting in-depth financial analysis.
• Strong research skills, attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Current authorization to work full time in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
