Senior Director, Technical Product Owner - Agentic AI & Harnesses (AI)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

Annual base salary: $139,400–$230,000, plus performance-based cash incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead product strategy and backlog prioritization for one or two complex cross-functional product teams.
• Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts for agentic AI capabilities and validate technical feasibility.
• Evaluate emerging AI agent patterns, harnesses, and technologies for enterprise use cases.
• Define team goals, product roadmaps, objectives, and KPIs aligned with business outcomes.
• Represent end-user needs, clarify requirements, accept product outputs, and support adoption and business readiness.
• Lead and develop Agile teams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and remove delivery impediments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least five years of experience in a related field and five years of experience motivating or influencing teams.
• At least four years of Agile product management experience and four years of experience in the supported discipline.
• At least five years of experience translating business strategy, product vision, and analysis into product direction.
• Deep expertise in agentic AI patterns, including familiarity with agent harnesses.
• Prior experience using Claude Code, Codex, or another AI coding assistant.
