Principal Program Manager - WFH

Location: Work from home; role associated with Richardson, Texas, United States

Base pay: $146,700–$272,400 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Drive the design, development, and implementation of strategic programs.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple projects, including cost, budget, schedule, dependencies, resources, scope, quality, and risk.
• Partner with product delivery leaders and IT product managers to drive deliverables and resolve barriers.
• Escalate risks and issues, build consensus, and drive decisions among stakeholders and executives.
• Lead matrixed program and project managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of business experience, technical certification and 9 years of experience, or 10 years of business experience.
• Experience across the full software development lifecycle, from inception through development, testing, production deployment, and maintenance.
• Understanding of software delivery models including OWF, Scrum, and XP.
• Knowledge of Clarity PPM and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project.
• Ability to influence indirect reports, project stakeholders, and executives in a matrix organization.
• Strong ownership, organization, adaptability, interpersonal skills, collaboration, and ability to handle ambiguity.
