Senior Product Program Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States; travel to and work onsite at client, temporary, or corporate office locations may be required as business needs require.

Salary: $101,600–$152,400 annually, based on experience.

What you will do

• Guide two to three product pods or initiative areas through the Product Development Lifecycle and maturity gates.
• Run planning cycles, recurring delivery meetings, gate reviews, and decision-making rhythms.
• Identify and resolve or escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers across product, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Support budgets, forecasts, vendor coordination, resource visibility, value realization, and executive status reporting.
• Apply established product operations processes and tooling to improve delivery predictability across the portfolio.
• Use enterprise AI tools such as Claude and Copilot for analysis, drafting, and program reporting, while helping establish playbooks and standards for the new function.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience in product program management or product-oriented project management for software or technology products.
• Fluency with structured Product Development Lifecycles, gate criteria, and phase transitions.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience with executive status reporting and communicating with senior leadership.
• Sound judgment when prioritizing, escalating, and recommending solutions; openness to innovation and AI-enabled process improvement.
• Must reside in and be authorized to work within the United States; applications from outside the United States will not be considered.

Nice to have

• Healthcare or revenue cycle management experience.
• Familiarity with Aha!, monday.com, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with agile or scaled planning cadences.
• Experience establishing or maturing a PMO, program management, or product operations function.
