Full Stack Developer (AI Native)

Location: Office-based in Westlake Village, California, or Carrollton, Texas

Salary: $90,000–$150,000 per year

What you will do

• Maintain, scale, and optimize frontend and backend monorepos supporting React web platforms, TypeScript, and Node.js APIs.
• Own transactional payment processing, pricing and fee rules, financial validation flows, and pipeline automation systems.
• Design secure authentication, robust error handling, high-performance execution, and comprehensive automated test coverage.
• Use AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, and Claude Code for development, refactoring, testing, and developer-tool integrations.
• Manage code complexity by decomposing monolithic routing and state-control modules into modular, testable units.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines and developer workspaces, collaborating with DevOps on Infrastructure as Code.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience or equivalent practical experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expert-level React proficiency and strong Node.js/TypeScript backend engineering skills.
• Experience with scalable API design, database schema optimization, secure authentication, and monorepo management.
• Experience developing financial checkout systems, transactional rules engines, payment schedules, or complex business logic flows.
• Proven daily use of AI coding assistants and secure validation of AI-generated code.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AWS, containerization, or Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or CDK.
• Familiarity with LLM integration, RAG pipelines, or vector databases.
