Principal Fullstack Developer (.NET/React)

Location: United States. Remote or hybrid work options are available. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. C2C is not available.

What you will do

• Architect and lead React front-end development focused on performance, responsive design, maintainability, component architecture, and state management.
• Design, build, and optimize full-stack applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web API, and MVC.
• Use AWS services to design, deploy, and scale cloud infrastructure for enterprise-grade applications.
• Make architectural and technology decisions across the JavaScript, TypeScript, and React ecosystem.
• Provide technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, standards, presentations, and coaching.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver scalable, user-friendly, and reliable software across the full SDLC.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React and strong hands-on experience with .NET and C#.
• Experience building scalable, high-performing web applications and enterprise-grade back-end solutions.
• Full understanding of the software development life cycle, including CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud-ready architectures.
• Ability to lead, mentor, motivate, and provide technical oversight for project deliverables.
• Consultative problem-solving skills and the ability to align digital solutions with client business goals.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Claude Certified Developer or Architect certification.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools, including Claude, to improve daily development work.
• Experience rapidly learning, adopting, and mentoring others on emerging technologies.
